Past couple of days have been interesting for listeners, but bad news for fire crews. What I have observed is Tankers and Recon often do not use any PL's, but sometimes they will at random. They use MANY different freq's. 151.4525 Tac 151.4450 Haz Tanker Base 159.2850 Haz Tanker Base 151.1750 Direct with Lima Units
If you want to hear all the action, suggest you DO NOT use PL's.

Per Ben Russell: forums.radioreference.com/1249846-post1.html"Beginning in February 2010, DCNR will be embarking on a major overhaul and upgrade of their communications system. The result will be a narrowband VHF / 800MHz hybrid network consisting of fixed VHF repeaters, VHF portables, and 800MHz mobiles and bases. VHF repeaters will be linked into the state's 800MHz radio network (PA-STARNET). Information will be updated and added as it becomes available."
