LTR Trunked Radio System PPL SUSQUEHANNA Reactor Plant, Berwick Operations WPUS746 The plant is in Luzerne County Salem Twsp, 5 miles ENE of Berwick (41.09175, -76.14825)
Note: For Bearcat Trunking scanners, these frequencies must be placed in the selected bank in position 1, 3, 5, etc. leaving empty positions where there is no HH. However, you do not need a trunking scanner to listen to these.
HH Frequency 01 451.0250 02 451.9375 03 451.0500 05 451.2000 09 451.6250 11 452.1000 12 452.2375 13 452.3875 15 452.4625
For the LTR system, here are the Talk groups ID #'s. They should be in the form: A-HH-GGG, where HH is the Logical Channel Number/Home Repeater. Unfortunately, BC796 strips out the "-", so you may need to add it.

After considerable more monitoring in a more idea location, I have found 9/10 WPUS746 PPL Reactor frequencies are Trunked. I have revised the original post to reflect all the changes.
Most of the traffic is mundane, but the security, control center, and VHF frequencies have a lot of interesting drill activity. You could exclude the 03 TGID's and still catch this traffic. Or, if you do not have a trunked scanner, just program. 451.9375 451.2000 451.3500
They tend to use fairly low power, so you may not hear them clearly. They are fairly active (24hrs), so you should be able to determine if you are in range in couple of days.
