Caught the radio tech testing the 800 Mhz system (STARNet/OpenSky) capability on VHF National(155.475). Talked to a Sheriff's car. Also heard them try to contact Abington Twsp, Dunmore Troop R, which was also not
scheduled for 2008.
Was like he was in the next room, it was so clear and loud. So they are planning to have interop capability to local and County PD at least here. The SAD thing is that this means they are getting a lot closer to implementing in Luzerne. Looks like they are on schedule
